Let me introduce myself. My name is Helen and this is a small bit about me.

I have 3 children called William (5yrs), Rosa (2yrs) and Gina (born in Sept.'99) I am married to Brian and we live in Colchester, Essex (UK).

I spent my working life being a childrens Nanny in London. I am now a stay at home mum. Brian helps small 'co-op' business start up. We are also getting our joint web page company up and running.

We both love watching Motorsport. Formula One is the favorite, but the US indy cars are just as good.

I have had pre-eclampsia to some degree with each child. My mother had it twice. I am also diabetic. (my mother is also diabetic!)
