My name is Janine, i'm 27 and I'm a full time SAHM (Stay At Home Mommy). My wonderful daughter, Simmone Leigh, was born on 1/28/99. Being a mother has been one of the best things to ever happen to me. I'm so glad that I waited until I was ready. It was worth it. I am expecting our second daughter, Avery Noelle, (nicknamed "lil bear") on July 18, 2000 and we are so excited!!

I'm married to a wonderful man named Carl. We were married on October 17, 1997. He is 28 and a computer tech (see: geek!). He and I own our own business, Gryphon Network Associates. He does computer consulting and I have just ventured into Web design. I truly enjoy designing pages. It's a way to express my art in a medium that can be changed and re-created constantly. The more I learn, the more I know I'm hooked. I have also started my own online resale shop. I found that in my search to find great clothes for Simmone, there was quite a market for used children clothing. Especially considering that kids at her age don't really wear their clothes out. It's been a lot of fun to buy and sell clothes and I enjoy it immensely. Although both of these endeavors have taken a back seat to my pregnancy, which has been to say the least, a rough one.

Some of my other interests include: Renaissance Festivals, especially those that I can participate in! Painting, Art History, (especially egyptian art, that is my main focus.) Reading, (I can't get enough of books, although with a toddler and soon to be newborn, I have a hard time finding a moment to read!) and of course, children. (Big surprise huh?)
