FETAL CHARLOTTE
A series of computer models based on data relating to a 27wk 1kg fetus
These models are not polished commercial products, they are simply copies of tools which we use in our research. The models can be down loaded with instructions but must run in DOS or a DOS window in WINDOWS98. They may crash if taken outside mathematical limits that we have not encountered in our work, sorry! Usually pressing "q" will eventually halt them and return to the DOS prompt. If all else fails try Ctrl-Alt-Delete

CHARLOTTE SINGLETON PHYSIOLOGICAL MODEL
This is the fundamental model used for various aspects of physiological research. Its organs respond to hypoxia introduced by manipulation of maternal (uteroplacental) oxygenation. Provision is made for setting up experimental conditions such as aortic stenosis, tricuspid regurgitation etc.
The FC5.EXE file is the model but it requires the BIN files to work,so they must all be loaded into the same space, e.g.floppy in a:. FCHARINS.WPS is a uS MSWORKS file of instructions for 'uS Works' and contains images
Beware! Although a program name may be specified as FFT.EXE you may find Windows98 has renamed it FFT(1).EXE or the like. If so rename it or use the new name to start the program from the floppy,e.g. A:>FFT(1).EXE. The new name can be seen through the file management system, or, in a DOS window, by entering DIR A: <ENTER>
